Dash™ Violet: Dash™ Violet (aka Sweet William) bears masses of showy clusters of fragrant dark burgundy flowers that bloom from late spring into summer to the first frost. The flowers are excellent for cutting. Its pointy leaves remain dark green in color throughout the season. Dash™ Violet is a fine choice for the garden, but it is also a good selection for planting in outdoor pots and containers. With it’s upright habit of growth, it is best suited for use as a ‘thriller’ in the ‘spiller-thriller-filler’ container combination; plant it near the center of the pot, surrounded by smaller plants and those that spill over the edges.

Outstanding colors with great garden performance. Well-branched plants produce a multitude of vibrant flowers. Beautiful and tough, plants look great from container to garden. Pretty bedding flowers with contrasting colors most of the year, excellent border or accent. Does well in dry climates with full to part sun, amended well drained soil and regular waterings. Pick spent flowers to encourage repeat blooming all summer long.
