Regatta Sky Blue:  Extra-early flowering Regatta Lobelias are the only full line of trailing lobelias! Masses of bright blue blooms tumble over the sides of hanging baskets and spill over walls and garden beds in a neat, rounded habit. Plants require moist soil and prefer partial afternoon shade. These lobelias do not produce grassy centers and continue to look good and flower heavily all summer.
