Job Summary
Our ideal bilingual HR Administrative Assistant will thrive in the various job aspects of Human Resources
and administrative tasks. Our candidate will play a critical role in onboarding, employee relations as well
as performing daily administrative duties. We are looking for an individual that is reliable, trustworthy, well
organized, and is able to handle many priorities in a busy office.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or administrative roles.
  • Must be bilingual English/Spanish and be proficient in written and communication skills in both languages.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office or other equivalent software.
  • Must have the capacity to uphold sensitive information.

Moss Greenhouses, Idaho’s largest bedding plant grower, is looking for an experienced hands-on Facility Grower to join our team of industry professionals. Our desirable Facility Grower will have a deep understanding of growing bedding plants, perennials and hanging baskets. This individual will lead a team of growers by setting an example, will train their team in best practices and as per the crop plan. To be held accountable for the quality of the plants they grow and the safety of the team.

As a Facility Grower for Moss Greenhouses, you will be responsible for the following.

  • Lead a greenhouse team with clarity, direction, accountability, and oversee all stages of plant growth.
  • Establish a culture of accountability.
  • Efficiently schedule team for best plant maintenance
  • Scout for pests and disease
  • Apply chemical or fertilizer as needed.
  • Able to meet sales windows for the crops you oversee.
  • Always have a clean greenhouse range
  • Stay up to date about pest management and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture or related field
  • 2 plus years’ experience in a commercial greenhouse setting
  • Strong knowledge of plant species and pest control measures
  • Excellent Communication and organization skills
  • Detailed oriented and able to make quick sound decisions.
  • Ability to be hands on and lead a team.
  • Desirable bilingual English/Spanish speaker

As a Young Plant Grower for Moss Greenhouses, you will be responsible for the following;
